Puffer Spore

Puffer Spores are giant plantforms found in the age of Narayan. These plants are gigantic, gas-filled bladders that rise from chasms in the ocean. The Puffer Spores then ascend through the atmosphere until they "ripen", turning a pink-tinged, milky color. At this stage, they are collected by the Narayani and drawn in with nets. A special pipe used by the Narayani apparently creates a tone that attracts the spores. They are then woven into the Lattice Trees, where they serve as rooms in the Narayani buildings.
